Regularly interact with bench consultants to understand their skills, preferences, and availability.Create and update professional resumes for consultants based on their experience and target roles.Market consultants through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn), and direct email campaigns.Develop and maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.Submit consultants to suitable requirements from vendors or job portals.Negotiate rates and contract terms with vendors or clients.Schedule interviews and coordinate between consultants and clients.Take regular follow-ups with vendors, clients, and consultants regarding submissions, interviews, and feedback.Assist consultants with onboarding and paperwork after placement.Ensure all required documents (ID, visa, DL, etc.) are collected and updated for each consultant.Keep accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements.Build and maintain a strong database of vendors, hiring managers, and consultant profiles.Stay updated with market trends, hot technologies, and hiring needs.
