Supervise and lead a team of instrument and analyzer technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable maintenance and calibration of all instrumentation and analytical equipment- Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for process instrumentation, gas analyzers, emission monitoring systems (CEMS), flow meters, pressure, temperature, and level instruments- Ensure all work is executed in compliance with safety standards, industry codes (e.g, ISA, IEC), and environmental regulations- Manage inventory, procurement, and documentation of instruments, spares, and calibration records- Troubleshoot and resolve complex instrumentation and analyzer issues to minimize process downtime- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams during commissioning, upgrades, or shutdowns- Review and implement instrumentation and control loop modifications, ensuring proper documentation (P & IDs, loop diagrams, instrument datasheets)- Train and mentor technicians on best practices, diagnostic tools, and safe work procedures- Support DCS, PLC, and SCADA integration related to instrumentation and analyzers- Participate in reliability improvement programs, root cause analysis (RCA), and failure investigations- To Prepare job e-permits as receiver with full knowledge of work hazards on respective jobs- Perform corrective job activities on analyzer which was notified by the operation team- To be available 24*7 and take emergency callouts from the operation team- Preparing a breakdown analysis report on corrective maintenance- To make calibration record and checklist on PM job activities- Installation, calibration, and loop checking of transmitters of analyzers like pH, conductivity, DO etc.
