Colson Development was birthed out of a desire to teach and train our own family, in two crucial areas: emotional intelligence and mental skills. We believe that ALL people are born with the purpose to achieve lofty goals and to live a life of significance by impacting the lives of others through service.Our passion is driving and facilitating a learning process that produces confident, motivated, highly-skilled people who can impact the team on which they belong. This journey begins with self-awareness and continues through a vast array of skills development.For learning to “stick”, it has to be fun, engaging, and very interactive. Good people want to develop personally and professionally in order to feel fulfilled. Our experience has taught us that the key to becoming a high-performing team rests on four pillars (or areas of concern uncovered by most engagement surveys); leadership, trust, communication, and conflict in the workplace. Industry experience over the last 30 years: Provided mentoring, coaching, training and team building for more than people in various roles and industries. I\'ve worked with professional athletes, CEOs, business owners, sales managers, sales professionals, plant managers, and entrepreneurs. I\'ve been a part of organizations that have worked with 75 out of the top 100 Fortune 500 companies. My sports training experience has included professional athletes and teams, teams at the youth, high school, college teams, transitioning athletes and coaches at all levels.
