I am part of a global IT support team for our offshore and onshore users, providing 1st-3rd line support both remotely and onsite, as well as collaborating with Senior IT Staff and system Architects towards the conception, planning, acquisition, implementation, and maintenance of Offshore and Onshore Projects and integrations.I spend the majority of my time remotely supporting systems onboard our fleet of seismic vessels, including networking, servers, and user desktop support, as well as operating as an escalation point for issues relating to VSAT, Starlink and other communications.When I\'m not providing remote support I travel globally to implement upgrades and innovative new solutions throughout our onshore and offshore locations.

I am an experienced IT Systems Engineer with a demonstrated history of over 15 years working in IT support and project deployment. The majority of that experience was within the education industry, but I have now been working for a seismic acquisition company for several years.
