I have been spearheading PAN India Process Excellence program and overseeing Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Supply Chain Excellence Program (SCEP) initiatives across Non-Large, Large, and Grocery supply chains by providing visionary leadership and direction to a team of 14 professionals. My role involves providing leadership for steering Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, lean deployment, assessing and identifying gaps in current business performance, monitoring progress, implementing improvement plans, and competency & people capability development. During this period, I have outstanding achievements in driving productivity increase through meticulous process mapping and targeted improvements. I effectively certified several facilities through the SCEP initiatives, with active participation of individuals, empowered over 50% of workforce with problem-solving tools and fostered a culture of continuous innovation.For critical metrics such as CPS (Cost per Shipment) and handling customer breaches, I provided strategic business support, developed robust processes and established standardized conditions, conducted facility audits and certified them as Model facilities. To ensure efficiency in operations, I created a model for the last mile hub, and drove Kaizens and Lean Six Sigma. As a people-centric leader, I played a key role in facilitating Employee Engagement and Development, by implementing quarterly reward and recognition programs and led programs for competency development through mindset and behavioral change.
