ABOUT PAT STEENBOCK
I have worked for Warren Distribution since February 1988 holding many different roles. I started my management career in the Packaging department and then moved to set up the maintenance department. After a few years in maintenance I assisted the start of our lean journey at Warren, which we continue to embark on everyday. As we began to grow I took on the role of engineering manager and established an engineering department. This group was part of the design and start up of two additional manufacturing plants and countless improvement projects. And right now, I am the plant manager at our Council Bluffs manufacturing facility.
