I\'m passionate, strategic and innovative leader with a strong track record that\'s focused on delivering growth, developing the right culture and bringing together diverse teams - with an emphasis towards responsibility and sustainability. I’m also committed to the role that education plays in driving engagement on sustainability governance and I\'ve worked across the financial services industry to deliver educational programming and insight on the topic of climate change and biodiversity risk. I\'m the co-founder of Everyone Matters, an advocacy platform helping the financial services industry to embrace diversity of thought, equality and the transformative power that inclusive teams and thinking can have on addressing some of the key challenges facing the industry today – such as climate risk, biodiversity degradation and societal shifts.I’m also a Trustee for the KAS BANK UK Pension Scheme, working hard to ensure the best possible retirement income for its members. Outside of work, I’m a dressage rider, building a unique sporting partnership built on commitment, performance and trust with my horses.
