Artisan Design & Construction Group is a real estate construction firm specializing in end-to-end luxury hospitality and residential ground-up construction, renovation, refurbishment, and additional high-value projects. We have offices in Fort Lauderdale and Atlanta. As the firm\'s principal, I direct the full scope of strategy, operations, and P&L performance. In this capacity, I manage our internal staff, subcontractors, and vendors, with responsibility for high-touch service, budgeting, project definition, vendor selection, project team assembly and management, architecture and engineering firm relations, punch list verification, and closeout. Key achievements: Growing our firm from inception into the contractor of choice to a portfolio of senior hospitality executives, venture capitalists, and other public figures and ultra-high net worth clients. Strengthening client ROI on their real estate via the delivery of the highest quality construction, successfully translating the owners’ visions into actionable designs. Navigating projects from initial concept to completion, effectively collaborating with our client owners, architects, engineering firms, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Managing all aspects of planning and construction in fast-paced settings, including foundations, concrete, framing, drywall, plumbing, electric, glazing, HVAC, and roofing, as well as highly polished custom finishes for all interiors. Building a culture of safety, ensuring workforce compliance with OSHA regulations via proactive coaching, monitoring, inspections, and scheduled safety meetings. Hiring and motivating crews that are evaluating for their high-touch service orientation, technical competency, and growth potential.
