He is also the CEO of Norton Consulting, a fast-growing insurance advisory and executive coaching firm he founded to help RIA’s, investment advisors and insurance brokers rapidly scale their business, maximize ROI and capture new revenues. Often recognized as the ‘Insurance Whisperer’, Pat calms clients’ corporate noise, simplifies the complicated, and reconnects them to their purpose. The seeds of Pat’s career story were planted in the pivot from a former UCLA and professional football player trying to play in the NFL, to a brokerage director climbing the corporate ladder in the insurance world. He leveraged this experience to build a lucrative LinkedIn sales & training program and a world-class connection network. For over a decade, he has built a national athlete organization and masterminded with 100+ athletes to launch successful businesses. Today, he helps retiring pro athletes monetize their passion and potential outside the sports world, and connect to partnerships, brands, investments and opportunities. Pat received three degrees from UCLA on a full athletic scholarship. A big passion is teaching people how to value themselves. He also values his family, which is why if he’s not at the business table brokering a deal, he might be on the floor building an epic dollhouse with his two young daughters.
