NR-USA, NR Executive and National Register Columbus conducts executive and line level search across North America. We provide both retained and contingency search solutions. Our three practices cover sales/marketing, manufacturing operations and executive/C-Suite seats. We began exclusively as a sales recruiting firm in 1975. Today, we still maintain our core sales recruiting operation (we are now the longest standing sales specialized recruiting firm in the US), but we are also staffing across the C-suite and manufacturing operations roles. We serve a number of industries today, partnering with some of the top Fortune organizations, many of the Fortune and some very successful start ups. We work mainly in technology with a heavy focus on FinTech and Managed Services/Cloud providers, Manufacturing, Health Care as well as Retail and Hospitality. Our assignments span massive sales expansions to very specialized executive searches within our specialties. While the US is our main market, we also source and place in Canada, Mexico and The Caribbean.

ABOUT PAT MINGARELLE
I joined National Register in 1989 as a recruiter, became the firm\'s Executive Vice President, Managing Partner and ultimately President of the firm in 2017. With three North American operations, we lead search in sales/marketing, manufacturing operations and C-Suite across North America (US and Canada). We have also worked specialized search covering Mexico and Latin America. Across sales/marketing, we run search (mainly expansions, but also replacement) for territory and national account sales, sales management/leadership, sales engineering and customer success. On the marketing side, we conduct search across the marketing, product management and media space. Our manufacturing practice focuses on the building products/building materials and metals industries. Our executive search operation has successfully placed leaders from presidents, senior vice presidents and officers leading Human Resources, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Legal. I am also a proud, former member of our Armed Services, having served in The United States Army Military Police Corps. I retired my commission at the rank of Captain.
