ABOUT PAT MCKAY

Pat is the COO of the leading manufacturing, distribution and services company, Sonny’s Car Wash Factory, serving the car wash industry. Prior to Sonny\'s, Pat served in a consulting role following a 25+ year career in industry, including as the CFO and in senior finance roles of Fortune 150, publicly traded and global companies in the consumer products, automotive and retail industries: Office Depot, Restoration Hardware, AutoNation and Dole Food Company. She also served on the Board of Office Depot. As a partner and managing director of a regional accounting and consulting firm, she provided consulting services to various owner-led, entrepreneurial companies with M&A advisory and C-suite related support. Earlier in her career, Pat was an audit manager with Arthur Andersen. Pat also has an extensive board service background. She served as a member of the board of directors for publicly traded, Office Depot, Inc. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Holy Cross Hospital and chairs its Finance and Compliance committees. Passionate about her alma mater, Pat is immediate past-Chair of the board of Florida Atlantic University Foundation. Pat is a member of Women Corporate Directors is also a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development (CED), a business-led public policy group based in Washington, D.C. Pat is also a member of the iconic Orange Bowl Committee. Pat has successfully executed complex transactions such as recapitalization strategies, acquisitions, divestitures, as well as spin-offs. She has also led and/or partnered with executive teams to drive change and operational improvements which included implementations of global systems, creation of shared services designed to drive top line growth and cost reductions. Today she oversees the operations - both manufacturing, distribution and services for Sonny\'s, including IT and human resources.
