About Pat McCoy

As ScienceLogic CFO for the past twelve years, seasoned professional Pat McCoy has managed the challenges of ScienceLogic\'s fast-paced and exciting 10x plus growth from forty employees in 2010 to over six hundred employees in 2022. Before coming to ScienceLogic, and with a finance background from Ernst & Young, Pat served as CFO for three rapidly growing technology companies with successful exits as they were ultimately acquired by larger entities. The first was Computer Logics, now part of Attachmate; second was IOtech, where Pat was CFO for ten years before the company was acquired by National Instruments in 2005; and the third was Netcordia, where Pat served for four years as CFO and orchestrated its acquisition by Infoblox in 2010. In addition to his CFO duties at ScienceLogic, Pat established in 2015, a charitable foundation that has raised over for local charities benefitting children, such as the Boys and Girls Club and the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation that improve the lives of disadvantaged youth. Pat holds a BSBA degree in accounting from John Carroll University, and he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 2016, received Washington DC\'s CFO of the Year award as the Emerging Growth CFO of the Year distinction at the Northern Virginia Technology Council’s (NVTC\'s) 20th annual Greater Washington Technology CFO Awards. In 2013, selected to be one of SmartCEO Magazine\'s CFOs of the Year at the Executive Management Awards ceremony in Washington DC in March 2013. On July 4th, 2018 Pat and his wife Shelly became proud grandparents! Licensed CPA in both the states of Maryland and Ohio
