About Pat Mack

Pat is the Partner and Managing Attorney of Gilson Daub’s Omaha, Nebraska office. He is licensed to practice law in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. With extensive experience representing clients in all four states, he handles a wide range of workers\' compensation cases, from pro-se settlement to complex appeals, aggressively advocating for his clients before appellate bodies, including state supreme courts. He also represents clients in third-party subrogation matters and is a certified mediator for Nebraska workers\' compensation cases. Pat is currently serving his second term as President of the Nebraska Claims Association (NCA), having previously held the role of Vice President. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Omaha Claims Litigation Management (CLM) Chapter. His commitment to excellence and continuous refinement of his craft have earned him consistent recognition by Super Lawyers®, placing him among the top 2.5% of workers’ compensation attorneys on its Great Plains Rising Star List for eight consecutive years. Pat received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Washburn University. While at Washburn, he was a member of the university’s football team, contributing to the 2005 MIAA Conference Championship—the school’s only MIAA title to date—and was recognized on the MIAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll for his academic and athletic achievements. Pat’s disciplined work ethic, honed through his academic and professional journey, continues to drive his success as a trusted advocate for his clients.In his free time, Pat enjoys spending time with his son Lincoln, BBQing and smoking, lifting weights, traveling and is an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs.
