I partner closely with our Director of Administration and Office Managing Partner to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience. I take pride in supporting high-performing teams, enhancing service delivery, and driving initiatives that strengthen our culture, sustainability, and client service excellence.Before joining MoFo, I spent more than a decade in the hospitality industry, where I developed a deep appreciation for service, adaptability, and leadership under pressure. That foundation continues to guide my work today — helping me lead with empathy, efficiency, and a client-first mindset.I’m also a proud advocate for inclusion and community.
