Appointed by CEO to work with Mt. van Hoevenberg Staff to implement initiatives of interest and importance to the Nordic Community with regard to upgrading Nordic Facilities at MVH to current international standards.Since appointed the Olympic Authority has Homologated new race trails, made significant purchases of necessary grooming and trail maintenance equipment including a PB 100, remodeled the x-c \'lodge\', developed a new rental and food service system and hired a new Nordic Program director. The 2017 season the OA signed on to a lease-purchase deal for a Techno Alpin Snow Factory, a snowmaking system at MVH, a first in the 30 year history of the ORDA! We remain hopeful moving forward that Venue improvements will be ongoing.
