About Pat Exarhos

Since 2012, my focus and passion has been directed at the needs in my community. From 2012 through 2024, I have been most interested in giving back by providing leadership and my time/talents to local organizations. My experience in the corporate world has provided me with opportunities to contribute in these skill areas: Project Management, Customer Insight, Coaching, Strategic Planning, and Cross-functional Team Leadership. I have gained so much with my various experiences working, primarily, with nonprofits. More recently, I have shifted my focus to more hands-on and operational volunteering. Aside from working 2 mornings a week at LEAVEN, I recently started volunteering 1 shift a week at the Appleton Public Library. Other hands-on volunteering experiences have included:* Working at Lambeau Field (20••••20) with proceeds going to nonprofits I support * Working at the Outagamie Cty COVID Vaccination Clinic (3/2021-5/2021)

   During the past nine years, I served in various leadership roles, including BOD President. Additionally, I led the search committee to select a new ED in 2022/2023.I volunteer at LEAVEN 2 mornings a week in operational roles.In addition to the BOD responsibilities, I served on the POINT committee, which is a collaboration between LEAVEN and St. Vincent DePaul, from spring of 2016 until fall of 2017.
