Experience as Manager/Director/Officer of the manufacturing, processing, and performing all QA/QC requirements for API tubulars; 5CT, 5L, 5D, Q-1; as well as ISO and ASTM standards. ‘Hands on’ experience in Operations, Quality (QA/QC), Sales, Safety, Accounting, Training, and Technical Services advisor to the Company and customer. Expertise in all equipment/processes utilized in the QC inspection of materials: EMI, UT, MP, T.G, EC, Radiography, Dye Pent, Hydro testing, and collapse testing. Strong ‘team’ player with the ability to assemble, train, and motivate personnel. Spearheaded API license programs for three new ‘Greenfield’ manufacturing/processing facilities with first time acceptance by API. Developed complete QMS system from the ground up. Set up inspection operations in North America, South America, North Africa, and the Middle East. Have traveled throughout the globe as ‘front man’ and as a consultant.
