   I have co-developed and instructed the wildfire NFPA Structure Assessment training since 2005. The latest version is titled \'Assessing Structure Ignition Potential from Wildfire.\' You can find out more about it, enroll or schedule a training session at by searching for it by title. This 2-day training is the only nationally recognized class that provides the science of how structures are ignited by wildfires. It is information that residents, insurance professionals, local governments, fire department and first responders and many others have benefited from.Whether you live in a wildland fire area or these events impact your profession this information will help you reduce your potential for wildfire losses.
