I joined Morson International in 1996 as a payroll assistant later progressing into the Management Accounts Team. As the business grew and it became apparent that the company needed to be able to provide clients with an alternative payroll option other than timesheets, using client clocking data to upload into the system and to provide bespoke invoices per the clients specifications the then called Systems & Process Development Team was formed this has now been re-named to the Specialist Payroll & Billing UK Team.Working with the team I now manage the implementation of new uploads and specialised billing.
