Tournament Director for the largest college rugby tournament in North America, the Collegiate Rugby Championship. Duties include negotiating National Collegiate Rugby\'s partnership with Rhino Rugby USA to bring back the dormant CRC and leading a small team of contract employees to execute the first large-scale, commercial intercollegiate rugby event since the pandemic in 2021. In 2022, we doubled in size, returning the CRC to linear television with CBS Sports Network.
