About Pat Chrzanowski

Patrick Chrzanowski is President of Orkin USA. He has been a leader at Orkin since 2007 and prior to serving as Orkin’s President, Pat was President of Orkin’s Northeast and Midwest Divisions. He is very passionate about accelerating growth and improving the customer experience and is recognized across the organization for his dedication to developing leaders. During his time as President of Midwest Division, Pat led operations for over 78 branches across 10 states, opened two additional regions while growing revenues nearly $100 million while improving operating profit margin by 4%. Prior to this, Pat successfully led Orkin’s Northeast Division while delivering strong top and bottom-line growth. Additionally, Pat was the Division Sales Manager for Orkin’s Atlantic Division and Region Manager of Orkin’s Tennessee region. Pat is also a member of the Rollins Executive Steering Committee and plays an important role in helping shape the future of the company. Pat earned his bachelor\'s from the United States Naval Academy and his master\'s from the University of Redlands. He also completed The Executive Program at Dartmouth College’s Amos Tuck School of Business.
