I serve as the Director of Project Management at Fundación Encuentro de Generaciones de Exalumnos Don Bosco (EGEDONBOSCO), a foundation dedicated to providing support to the local alumni community of Colegio Don Bosco in Santo Domingo. Our mission is to foster a sense of unity among all generations of alumni, creating a fraternal bond that enables us to walk together, learn together, and support one another. As part of my responsibilities includes- Develop and implement project management strategies aligned with the organization\'s mission and goals- Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation- Lead project teams, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure successful project delivery- Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement robust monitoring and evaluation processes to assess project impact and make data-driven improvements- Establish monitoring and evaluation processes to assess project effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.In Development- Don Bosco STEAM Camp. A new initiative to provide children with the tools and resources they need to acquire knowledge and skills in engineering and programming while exploring and solving real-life problems. EGEDONBOSCO is committed to fostering creativity, innovation, and critical thinking, and guiding children in the development of their ideas and projects. Through our concept-based STEAM education, we aim to enhance children\'s learning process by promoting a comprehensive education that encompasses science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics.
