   Nordstrom (Seattle WA) – Designed and build out E-commerce Fulfillment Center (672K square foot - 48M units annual units shipped). Lead PM of all material handling equipment installation ($36M capital budget). 1M SKUs in inventory. WMS by Manhattan Associates. Equipment - cross belt sorter, high speed shoe sorters, put to light walls, and two four-level shelf supported pick module.Target (Chambersburg, PA)- Retail Store Distribution Center. Facility throughput - 75M cases per year. Project scope was conveyor system re-design to meet 2X throughput after facility expansion from 1.3M square feet to 1.8M square feet. Sephora USA (Salt Lake City, UT) – Cosmetic retailer with 183 US stores plus a strong E-commerce business. Designed new 310K sq. ft. distribution center to provide order processing for E-com and Retail distribution. Installed and commissioned all whse eqpt.Urban Outfitters (Rushden, United Kingdom) – US based Retailer of men’s and women’s apparel. Designed two greenfield facilities - Retail and E-com. Walmart (Carrollton, GA)- E-commerce facility. Project scope included development of work standards for all picking and replenishment tasks performed at facility. L’Oreal (Clark, NJ) – Cosmetic manufacturer with 30 distribution centers across the US. Project included a logistics evaluation of inbound and outbound freight costs of all US distribution facilities. Additional projects: Merck (pharmaceuticals), Cardinal Healthcare (pharmaceuticals), McLanes (convenience store supplier), Cooper Booth Wholesale (convenience store supplier), Smithsonian Enterprises (museum gift shops), G-Star (high end denim apparel), David’s Bridal (wedding apparel), ExxonMobile (oil/gas based products), Chico’s (retail store chain), ZF (auto parts), Western Glove (apparel), Golfsmith (golf retailer), TaylorMade (golf manufacturer), Genco (3PL), University of Chicago (maintenance supplies), Timex (watch manufacturer), and Under Amour (apparel).
