My name is Pastor, Alonzo Sims founder of Empower Vision Ministry and Second Chance Organization Community Outreach Service,Inc. a nonprofit 501(c)(3)(PC). We focus on empowering the community through humanitarian acts while encouraging economic and personal growth. We service the community by offering student community service hours, court mandated community service hours and by hosting health initiative community events. We believe in a happy and healthy lifestyle so we support the American Diabetes Association by hosting community walks. The walks are annually every June in Anderson and every November in Greenville, SC. Second Chance Organization, along with the Hatten family established a endowment scholarship in memory of Porsha Renee Hatten at Anderson University, for Anderson County residents seeking to better their lives.
