About Pasquale Dellaquila
I am senior at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Finance. I am an honors scholar, having received the Deans Scholarship, the Hutton Honors, and the Founders Scholar awards for my academic excellence and leadership potential. I have a strong interest and passion for the financial services industry, and I have gained valuable experience and skills through various internships and extracurricular activities. I am currently an incoming Investment Banking Analyst at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, where I will assist in sourcing, evaluating, and executing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and restructuring transactions for middle-market clients. Previously, I was an oncology market access marketing intern at AbbVie, where I developed a leave-behind piece and an email for a cancer drug to be sent to payers, and a private equity intern at Rouge Lake Management LLC, where I sourced and filtered hundreds of potential acquisition targets and performed financial modeling and analysis. Additionally, I am involved in several clubs and programs at Kelley, such as the Financial Services Club, the Real Estate Club, the Investment Banking Seminar, and the Kelley-to-Kelley Mentoring Program, where I learn from industry experts, network with peers and professionals, and enhance my knowledge and skills in various aspects of finance and business. My goal is to become a successful investment banker and eventually open my own wealth management business. I am a decisive leader, a dedicated teammate, and a motivated learner, who is always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities. I have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Spanish and Italian. I am confident that I can add value and contribute to any organization or team that I join.
