ABOUT PASQUALE FARINA
I currently work for RBC Royal Bank as a bank advisor. I graduated in Economics and Banking from the University of Siena in 1998. Before joining the bank, my professional career developed in the world of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service. I worked in sales for twenty years and I was Sales Director for thirteen. I have a deep understanding of Retail and Franchising and have hired, managed and trained hundreds of sales consultants throughout my career. I have touched many sectors: financial and banking; Home decor and windows covering; Education and training service, health care and dentistry. I have been a professional trainer and a coach for a few years and have been constantly improving my knowledge and skills. I know three languages and I speak fluently two of them and I believe that communication is the key to success.
