Seven years ago, psilocybin mushrooms changed my life. I used to be a winner, an achiever, a “work hard, play hard” person with lots of hidden traumas, insecurities, fears, and pains. Magic mushrooms helped me to see that and what is more importantly helped me to find a path to healing. Today I’m a proud Denver Yoga Underground RYS200 certified Yoga instructor and practicing Psychedelic Sitter & Facilitator. In 2022 I worked on multiple Psychedelic Assisted retreats offering yoga, meditation, and other mindful practices to prepare clients for the experience as well as to assist them through it and, most importantly, after. Work on that retreats helped me to understand the highest value of Yoga as the practice, that can help thousands of people who’re considering etnyogenics for self-healing. The power of yoga will not just help to get the most from the ceremony itself, but will also provide tools for better integration of the experience into daily life as well as will support the traveler many weeks after, without the need to come back to the medicine over and over again. With this in my mind I’ve founded Yoga Cybin – the team of passionate yogis and psychedelic enthusiast, who are willing to help people with traumas. Our mission is to support those who’re in need using the wisdom of yoga alongside the wisdom of sacred medicine. With gentle physical exercises, breathing technics, meditation, and yoga lifestyle we help people to find and connect their inner self with the power of etnyogenics, and receive the most out of the healing process and smoothly integrate it back into their daily lives. I’m thrilled and happy to offer a series of weekly psychedelic oriented yoga classes, where we will explore the most important aspects of psychedelic assisted therapies as well as learn about classical yoga and its connection to sacred medicines and self-healing.
