Agile Scrum Framework was utilized for Development Methodology. • Part of a team that developed and deployed Customer Interruption and Analysis System (CIAS) MVC Web Application. • Constantly updated User’s Manuals to capture all modifications and new features on Site Safety Management System. • Developed additional features on Con Edison’s version Site Safety Management System before and after Riley Quinn Storm Gap Analysis to improve its efficiency during Storm Events. • Provide daily and on-call support for both Con Edison and Orange & Rockland’s versions of Site Safety Management System users. • Developed VB.NET adhoc reports for Con Edison and Orange & Rockland’s Site Safety Management Systems. • Planned and executed Disaster Recovery Drill on Orange and Rockland Utility’s Site Safety Management System with the aid of other IT departments. • Developed Test Scripts for both Con Edison and Orange & Rockland Utility’s Site Safety Management Systems used for manual testing. • Developed various reports like Single Outage Report, ETR Performance for Restored Jobs Report and ETR Summary Report and PSC Report sent to New York State Public Service Commission. • Developed iOS Mobile Site Safety Application prototype that ran on iPad. Utilized Xamarin platform and leveraged C# programming language.
