ABOUT PASCAL PICANO

I joined the Willis Lease Finance as of 4Q2025. With over 25 years’ experience in the aviation industry, I have been involved in capital raising, investments surrounding aircraft acquisition, leasing, airline supervision and insurance brokerage services. Prior to WLFC I was a a member of the Board of Directors of Avia Solutions Group and its fleet management committee covering all fleet decisions and aircraft acquisitions both on operating lease from the Lessors community and forward order with Boeing and Airbus as well as the engine manufacturers such as CFMI and PW. before Avia Solutions, I was a Managing Director within The Carlyle Group & Chief Marketing Officer within Carlyle Aviation Partners (formerly Apollo Aviation Group) covering the harvesting aspect of our aircraft portfolio with over $13 billion of AUM under management on operating lease with 100+ airlines.With a analytical, commercial, technical and legal skills to create value for our investors by combining the skills with the knowledge of the economic lifecycle of aircraft and jet engines. I’m a specialist in originating and structuring transactions. I have also been involved in raising equity and debt towards aircraft transactions. With a leading organizational knowledge of lessors, asset managers and airlines, I’ve successfully recruited and coached teams of executives and managers, providing high-level business performance, and securing financial growth.
