Engineer, passionate about deep technologies and data mining, I joined Avolta Partners in 2013. I have developed my expertise on both Software and Deeptech industries over the past 10 years.At Avolta Partners, I participated in more than 40 M&A, LBO & fundraising deals. His key M&A transactions include the sale of RTFKT to Nike (Web 3.0), the sale of Lumi THD to Bouygues (AI/Data), the sale of Anytime to Orange (Fintech).And I completed also numerous fundraising deals such as Opendatasoft (AI/Data – €21m Series B), Unseenlabs (Deeptech – €20m Series B), Qarnot Computing (Deeptech – €6m Series B) and FundsDLT (Web 3.0 – €25m Series A).Prior to Avolta Partners, I worked at Société Générale as a Financial Analyst in the internal audit department. I also co-founded a life science startup backed by Seventure Partners.In addition, I\'m a professional pianist and beatmaker. I\'m involved, as music producer and arranger, in a dozen of artist’s projects mostly centered around jazz and hip-hop in the US and France.I hold two master\'s degrees in Computer Sciences and Corporate Finance from EISTI Engineering School and GEM Business School.
