Strategic. Analytical. Results-Driven. My career journey started out as an IE in 3pl doing logistics engineering. Then I was encouraged to learn more about operations management, build new skills, seek more knowledge and experience in transport, logistics and supply chain, in various industries, customers, carriers, broker. I built more depth but I’m still on a journey. So far, this is where I got:Industrial Engineer with extensive leadership experience in transportation, logistics optimization, I bring a deep expertise in delivery of process improvement, project management, solutions design, transport procurement, carrier management, safety & compliance, and commercial solutions across national and cross-border operations. My passion lies in building strong relationships, transforming complexity into clarity and bring results-whether that’s through innovative cost-to-serve modeling, bid desk strategy, or digital analytics integration.I’ve led multi-million-dollar transportation project initiatives, enabled $30M+ in savings, and built scalable, tech-enabled frameworks that unlock long-term value. From redesigning national network models to implementing incentive programs tied to ELD data, rebuild a claims practice, improve a start up owner operator team of drivers, I specialize in marrying operational detail with financial impact based in data analysis.A strong believer in team culture development and inclusive leadership, I’ve delivered culture transformation, built high-performing teams and got senior leaders support to launch mentorship initiatives to champion emerging talent—especially women in supply chain.
