ABOUT PASCALE ATLAN

On the first of January 2014, I joined Bayer Pharmaceuticals France as MSL Manager Cardiology. I am in charge of a team of 10 MSLs working on cardio-renal products (rivaroxaban, vericiguat, finerenone) as well as the management of a contracted MSL team. On July 2014, I graduated with an Executive MBA from NEOMA Business School. Nurse by training, after 7 years in intensive care unit (infectious diseases specialty) and 1 year at French INSERM as CRA managing the first clinical trials for AIDS treatments, I moved to the Pharma Industry. In the late 80\', I joined the Clinical Operation Department of Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals (P & GP) where I managed several international clinical trials and multidisciplinary teams. These 15+ years provided me with a good understanding and proven experience in clinical development, from phase II to IV. Still with P & GP and then with Warner Chilcott, I naturally moved to Medical Affairs roles where I had the opportunity to work with business partners, preparing for brands\' launch and supporting mature brands. Most of my roles involved either European or International responsibilities. With experience managing direct reports or transversal team members, I have proven skills which have allowed me to succesfully drive and develop my team members. These 30+ years provide me with a good understanding of the Pharma Industry and allowed me to offer my experience to Bayer. Specialties: Bone diseases, Cardiovascular, GI, Women Health
