I am General Counsel and Head of External Affairs at Vodafone IoT, bringing over 20 years of legal expertise across private practice and leading multinational organisations. My career spans the UK, EU, and emerging markets, giving me with deep expertise in navigating complex legal and regulatory environment, managing risk, and advising organisations through period of growth and transformation.Since joining Vodafone Group in 2015 and stepping into my current role in 2024, I lead the legal, compliance & risk, company secretarial, and external affairs functions. I provide strategic legal and policy guidance that drives business objectives, ensures robust governance, and builds trusted stakeholder relationships. I manage a talented team supporting Vodafone IoT UK and its five subsidiaries across Europe and the US.I also serve as Chairwoman of the Board of Vodafone Enterprise France.
