I manage the shipment of Firefox (desktop and mobile, consumers and enterprise) to hundreds of millions of users in the world in 90+ languages. Every 4 weeks for Firefox, every 3 days for Firefox Beta, every 12 hours for Firefox Nightly. I have a long experience in project management around building processes, and tools and engaging open source communities that improve the quality and relevance of our products. In parallel to my work as a release manager, I am currently working on improving the health of the Mozilla project in Europe, in a cross-functional effort (product, marketing, engineering, l10n, community empowerment, support…) to make Firefox a preferred choice in this region. I care about people, ethics, growth, user retention and product quality.
