Oversee Internal team of Regenesis UTSC (Secretary, Finance Director, Grant Writing Director)- Oversee the creation of meeting minutes for executive meetings- Hired and trained of all group’s directors while developing human resources practices and policies to maintain a positive and safe working environment for group members- Responsible for all necessities to ensure the clubs renewal and continuation, including but not limited to training and forms for ULife and Scarborough Campus Students’ Uniom (SCSU )Clubs- Register for co-curricular record (CCR), including updating CCR roles, and informing members of CCR deadlines and requirements, and maintaining rapport with Regenesis’s CCR validator- Responsible for working with the Finance and Grant Writing Directors to ensure reimbursements and grants are submitted- Act as an advocate and resource for the academic issues of members, ensuring accessible, high quality education while being involved with Regenesis.
