Platform and ecosystem products are my thing. A great platform is a force multiplier for internal teams and external partners alike. The stronger the foundation, the faster everyone ships and the higher the ceiling on business impact.At Trackunit (3+ years), I took our Home product from zero to launch: an extensible home screen platform with fleet widgets built by teams across the org.
