ABOUT PARV PATODIA

I’m Parv, a Master’s student in Artificial Intelligence at Northeastern University, Silicon Valley.My journey started in Singapore, where I studied mechanical engineering with a focus on autonomous systems. What began as curiosity about how machines move slowly turned into a bigger fascination with how they think. At NTU, I worked on projects like programming condition monitoring systems for mobile robots and testing autonomous vehicles. Those experiences pushed me to explore how physical systems and intelligent decision-making come together.Since then, I’ve had the chance to work across very different industries ranging from monitoring large-scale banking infrastructure at UOB, to testing autonomous vehicles at Venti Technologies, to building projects like a mental health chatbot using NLP. Each role showed me different ways AI can make an impact, whether it’s improving reliability, enabling smarter mobility, or supporting people more directly.Now in Silicon Valley, I’m continuing that journey. I’m looking for AI/ML internships and part-time opportunities where I can apply my skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, and cloud technologies. I’m especially interested in areas like autonomous systems, computer vision, and conversational AI as these are places where machines interact with the world in meaningful ways.Outside of school and work, I enjoy experimenting with side projects and sketching out ideas that could grow into something bigger one day. I’ve always been drawn to solving problems and finding better ways to do things, whether in a startup setting or through collaborative projects.If you’re working on something exciting in AI or just want to exchange ideas, I’d be glad to connect!
