Senior executive and Board Member, with extensive and progressive technical, leadership and management experience in the biopharmaceutical and biologic industries with proven achievements across all CMC activities. Significant experience working with large, mid-size and startups including working closely with functional groups and teams including business development, process research and development (PR & D) including process definition, optimization and characterization, tech transfer and manufacturing science and technology (MSAT) to deliver clinical materials supply from IND-enabling to late-phase, PPQ and commercial launch, GMP facility design and operations, as well as mentoring of generations of scientists and engineers. Leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver multi-million dollar projects in multiple therapeutic modalities including proteins and monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, antibody fragments, bispecific and multi-specific anti-body, anti-body drug conjugates (ADCs), antibody oligonucleotide conjugations (AOCs), degrader-antibody conjugates (DACs) as well as personalized medicine including cell and gene therapies and advanced vaccines. Building and managing teams, organizations and cGMP facilities from ideation to successful completion, delivering client focused projects. This work also include raising and managing funds, budget forecasting and P&L management, mentoring and training to foster high-performing teams to deliver innovation and operational excellence, setting up protocols and SOPs to deliver QbD-based process development and validation to ensure regulatory compliance, presentations to boards, industry conference presentations and publications in peer-review journals to foster collaboration to drive industry bench-marking and lead best-in-class innovation by adopting proven next generation manufacturing technologies and processes.
