Managing EIP/ERP, Information Technology and Computer Systems for whole project.•Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations in EIP.•Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.•Maintain all systems, software’s and their License’s.•Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.•Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational growth.•Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.•Preserve assets, information security and control structures.•Identify and resolve EIP system error by coordinating resources with user departments in HQ.•Coordinate with project personnel to insure the deadlines, procedure and project requirement.•Ensure that the work conducted is on time and with minimal delays causing liability to company.•Liaise with all departments to collect progress/activities done in EIP.•Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.•Keeping Project Manager and Management updated on progress.•Train the employees (mainly to GET, DET, newly joined and JV Partner-STEC) to operate EIP and process their electronic data.•Configure the EIP work flow in conjunction with TFL Finance Head, Project Manager and Project Director.•Incorporate ACE/JCR in EIP.•Accomplishes objectives by forecasting systems & its resources, EIP requirements, scheduling tasks, analyzing variances, initiating corrective action.•Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. •Evaluation of each task stage and once completed.•Oversee the preparation and revision of contracts that involve change orders, modifications, disputes and services.•Reviewing and organizing subcontractors and deadlines.•Create PRF/HRF/WOD/PO and liaise with all for approvals until commercial authorization.
