   Managing accident & incident at project highways• Investigating the causes of incidents and accidents • To save a person after an accident on the road and if someone is trapped in the vehicle then to save him/her.• Maintain good relationship with Police,RTO, Administration, Fire Brigade and 108 Ambulance. • Removal of permanent and temporary encroachment from highway land.• Provide traffic diversion in case of emergency and during handling accident and incident. • Provide traffic diversion during MMR work in project highways. • Conduct emergency mork drills (fire,medical,accident & electric shock ets.)• Conduct road safety awareness programs for road user,villagers, truck drivers and students. • Conduct TBT( Toll Box Talk) and safety trainings for maintanance labour. • Check and update Daily Inspection Report of Route Petrol vehicle.• Proper filing and maintaing Daily incident and accident reports.• Identification of potentially hazardous areas for critical inspection.• To ensure that all employees work within proper safety limits.• Checking tools and machines and ensure Proper working of Tools without and risk.• Inspection of fire extinguishers and maintain monthly check list.•Inspection of electrical wiring connections and electrical system.• Ensure to wear PPE by all employee and labours at site.• Ensure safety of road users, employees and labours on project highways. • Ensure follow of company\'s EHS policy.
