The role ensures seamless coordination of high-volume e-commerce shipments, workforce management, and adherence to Flipkart’s quality and service standards.Key Responsibilities:*Inbound & Outbound Management:Supervise receiving, sorting, and dispatching of shipments at the Mother Hub.Coordinate line-haul arrival and departure schedules to maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) and minimize delays.Ensure timely processing of First Mile and Last Mile shipments.*Hub Operations:Monitor scanning, sorting, and staging processes in accordance with SOPs.Manage floor operations and ensure compliance with inventory accuracy, safety, and performance standards.Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions in real-time.*Team & Resource Management:Lead a team of associates, supervisors, and third-party logistics (3PL) personnel.Prepare shift rosters and allocate manpower based on daily volume forecasts.Drive productivity through training, performance tracking, and motivation.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Track daily operational KPIs (e.g, throughput, accuracy, vehicle utilization, TAT).Maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, WMS, and internal tech platforms.Liaise with planning and transport teams for volume forecasting and optimization.
