With an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from NIT Warangal and qualifications such as NET-JRF and IIT-JAM, I blend academic depth with leadership excellence.Over the years, I have led departments, trained teachers, improved student performance, and built structured academic models for schools. My leadership approach is rooted in discipline, clarity, and student-centric planning.
