Operation and Maintenance of- Electrical Panels - HT 33KV/415V, RMU, DG Set, LT Panel,Transformers Oil/Dry Type, UPS, PDU, SMPS, Chillers, PAHU, PAC, AHU, FCU, Air Purifier, De-Humidifier,• Monitoring the Asset management - Warranty - AMC - Lifecycle - Capacity management, 52 weekly PPM tracking and completion with the TAT - with OEM and ensure 100% availability of equipment’s.• Operation of Fire system, NOVEC gas, VESDA, Access control system, CCTV, WLD, IBMS, RRS and PA• Responsible for carrying out DC Audits (Power Quality, Energy, Thermography, Air Quality and Environment related Audits) by engaging certified agency or consultant. Looking infrastructure 100% uptime• Responsible for O&M, SPoC - Day to Day operation and managing critical situations to achieve SLAs - uptime to meet the customer requirement, ensures reliability and efficiency of DC Operation and facility. • Operation and Maintenance of- Electrical Panels - HT 33KV/415V, RMU, DG Set, LT Panel, Transformers Oil/Dry Type, UPS, PDU, SMPS, Chillers, PAHU, AHU, Air Purifier, De-Humidifier, RO Plant, HSD, IBMS, Chiller Plant Manager. • • Monitoring the Asset management - Warranty - AMC - Lifecycle - Capacity management, 52 weekly PPM tracking and completion with the TAT - with OEM and ensure 100% availability of equipment’s. • preparation of Risk assessment and period validations and updates based on the incidents report and RCA. • Operation of Fire system, NOVEC gas, VESDA, Access control system, CCTV, WLD, IBMS,• Responsible for carrying out DC Audits (Power Quality, Energy, Thermography, Air Quality and Environment related Audit) by engaging certified agency or consultant. • Looking infrastructure 100% uptime for Data Center equipment’s & services. • Review & Implementation of MOPs, SOPs & EOPs for Operations & Maintenance.
