Managing the first mile operations and ensuring the pickup from sellers is done in a timely manner at the least cost. Managing logistics requirements of the First mile and line-haul logistics by optimizing the capacity and routes Managing the RTO/RTV and liquidation process Monitoring the overall FC metrics (for eg: pickup attempt, Pickup%, Booking, Inwarding, 3PL handover, Timely dispatch of outward vehicles to achieve productivity targets, reducing cost per shipping unit, eliminating errors in dispatch, and thus deliver excellent customer service. Helping SCM design team to implement larger processes and activities within the fulfillment center, i.e. with Standard Work procedures, Work instructions & Analyzing BOQ across the OC Maintaining good rapport with sellers and resolution around seller pickup issues Drive continuous process improvement and make our customer experience better than ever. Understanding city level pickup operations and implementing new processes around pickup to optimize overall FM cost To work closely with Hub & WH team to settle any disputes arising due to stock mismatches during pickups Ensuring payments and debits are raised on timely basis to OC partners and ensuring motivation and harmony among OC partners.
