Responsibilities• Worked as a member of Pilot Batch and did the complete transition of 3 platforms.(Grains, Rice and Metals)• Did 3 months KT in Singapore and bring the process to India successfully and created documentation of entire process for all three platforms.• Handling end to end process for metals. From AP Operation, Cash Management, General Ledger to Closing & Reporting.• Handling General Ledger to Closing & Reporting for Rice and Grains.• Taking care of Various activities like Mark to Market, Broker Reconciliation, P&L Reconciliation, Global Reporting of Accounting numbers for respective platforms, Posting of Open FX entries, Preparation of Audit schedule, Matching of invoices with their respective payment or receipts, Invoice interface from front system to Accounting system, Reconciliation between front system & accounting system and Intercompany reconciliation. • Do necessary follow ups with Inter companies, Platform Controller and different KBFs of Louis Dreyfus, in case of finding issues.• Do GST Calculation for metals on Quarterly basis.• Using ERP tool such as AX, Atlas, ITAS, SSRS and Magnitude to input data, generate reports, respond to inquiries by business partners and customers.• Handled entire month end process and daily activities with 100% accuracy, maintaining zero escalations.• Work in real-time environment requiring flexibility and action with accountability to daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines depending on the task.• Undertook various process related training for the new team members and for other KBFs as well.Achievements• Three months On Shore KT and successful transition of 3 platforms with appreciation from client side.• Undertook various projects related to process improvements and stabilization of new activities.
