And without accountability, that speed causes chaos.That’s why I work in AI governance.I’m an AI Governance and Responsible AI specialist at the RNLI, where I built the organisation’s governance function from scratch — designing frameworks, risk assessments, and the oversight processes that make AI adoption safe and compliant for staff.
