   After my experience in retail tech, I joined BNK Infotech, an EdTech startup focused on building a Learning Management System (LMS) designed to align school curricula with real-world industry requirements and create a learner-centric, experiential learning environment. Working in a startup environment often requires stepping beyond defined roles. When key team members transitioned out, I was entrusted with significant operational responsibilities, which turned out to be a valuable and transformative experience.Responsibility:1. Led development of key LMS features: login functionality for teachers/students, group management module, and custom dashboards.2. Managed a cross-functional team of 10, including engineers and designers, to deliver the project on time and under budget.3. Helped monitor product adoption and gathered user feedback to propose enhancements, increasing feature usage by 20%.3. Conducted agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to align stakeholders. 4.Defined and communicated clear product vision, roadmap, and goals across stakeholders.5.
