Consulting Assignment - CLIENT: MA EOHHS, MassHealth – Senior IT Project Manager/Project Manager - Technical Lead.\\\\n\\\\n• Senior IT Project Manager (PM) to lead and manage the T-MSIS implementation project for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Executive Office of Health and Human Services, MassHealth (the State\'s Medicaid and Children\'s Health Insurance Program). T-MSIS Project is the implementation of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS), a required state Medicaid reporting process and standard.\\\\n• As the lead TMSIS IT Project Manager, responsible for overseeing the Information Technology Team that is responsible for the implementation, operations, and maintenance for the CMS T-MSIS data quality compliance monthly reporting process.\\\\n• Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams to meet business requirements and realize strategic goals.\\\\n• Meet monthly with two separate CMS stakeholder groups to discuss TMSIS related technical topics and status of data quality issues, errors and missing items.\\\\n• Define project requirements with key IT and business stakeholders.\\\\n• Work with business stakeholders to solve TMSIS data quality issues, errors and missing items. Coordinate project activities for adherence to project plan and goals\\\\n• Monitor results against established timelines, deliverables, tasks, dependencies and associated technical specifications\\\\n• Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, project checklists and budgets to meet established time frames, funding limitations and staffing availability.\\\\n• Work with IT Financial Analyst to prepare and maintain project budgets and funding requests for approval by targeted state and federal agencies.\\\\n• Prepare comprehensive supporting plans in the areas of quality control, risk management, change management, testing and other areas.\\\\n• Review and approve monthly software deployment testing and migration.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
