I’m a physician and business owner.As a board-certified ENT doctor, I specialize in the treatment of nasal and sinus conditions. I have built and managed successful medical practices in a range of settings over the course of my career. These settings include an academic medical center, a VA medical center, a private specialty medical practice, and a free-standing ambulatory surgery center. In these different settings, I have held a variety of roles in the world of healthcare - physician and surgeon, student, educator, academic researcher, manager, entrepreneur, and small business owner.My initial education and training focused on medicine and surgery, but I was also passionate about understanding the world of business. That led me to pursue an MBA at the University of Pennsylvania, allowing me to combine my passions for medicine and business.I started Syracuse Otolaryngology in 2014 and have worked to build a thriving, independent specialty medical practice. My business success has been based on building an outstanding team, providing outstanding medical care, and focusing on delivering outstanding customer service. I have also used these same principles to drive success as a partner at the Specialty Surgery Center of Central New York.These varied experiences have put me in a unique position to understand the delivery of healthcare, needs of patients, and the business of healthcare. I am passionate about enhancing delivery of outstanding medical care and improving the customer service experience in healthcare settings. Over that time, we have grown to serve the needs of patients from throughout upstate New York. We focus on providing outstanding care to those needing nasal surgery, sinus surgery, and skull base surgery.Our practice has expanded to also serve patients in central New Jersey. At our office in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, we treat patients from throughout the central New Jersey area.
