ABOUT PARTHVI KOTHARI

I’m a passionate advocate for gender equality and a proud woman of color committed to driving positive change in the legal field. My journey has been shaped by invaluable experiences—from advising at UCLA, where I supported student success and championed diversity, to delivering impactful speeches that inspire and empower marginalized communities. In my role as a Legal Case Manager at Citywide Law Group, I played a key part in streamlining case management processes, contributing to a 20% reduction in average case time by effectively prioritizing and managing over 50 cases each week. These experiences, along with a diverse background in legal administration and higher education, have honed my organizational skills and strengthened my commitment to clear, effective communication. Now, as a first-year law student at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, I continue to build on these experiences, eager to leverage my skills in legal research, administration, and advocacy to help create a more equitable and accessible legal system for all.
